About

Hannah Henry is a Kansas City, MO based Character Designer and Illustrator. She began her college education at CalArts as a Character Animation student. While studying animation, she fell in love with character design and storytelling.

Hannah finished her degree back in the Midwest at the Kansas City Art Institute as an Illustration Major and landed an internship at Hallmark on the Licensing and Character team after her junior year. After graduating, she began as an Artist in the Visual Studios at Hallmark Headquarters where she is currently employed. She enjoys working on product design, illustration, licensing and innovation projects.

When she is not drawing, Hannah enjoys learning how to play the drums, long distance running, being outside, and binge watching TV Shows. Hannah became a mom in April of 2021 and cannot wait to share childhood moments of drawing, world building, and imagination with her baby girl.
